Infinity Nurse Practioners	The Challenge Infinity Nurse Practitioners needed to set up a large number of small offices to offer health services to retail customers throughout northeast Ohio. Each office needed Client Workstations File & Print Services E-Mail and Business System Access Phone, Fax The offices needed to be set up quickly and inexpensively
The Solution EDSI created a complete cloud-based infrastructure to provide all of the IT services for every office. EDSI was able to setup each office from scratch within 2 days. The centralized server infrastructure at the EDSI data center included a file server, terminal server, e-mail and business system database. All central infrastructure systems are replilcated in real-time to the EDSI DR facility. EDSI provided a pre-configured router with VPN access to the central infrastructure for all local IT and phone services EDSI utilized its hosted PBX solution to provide phone and fax services over the VPN connection. Local offices use laptops with hosted desktop services to access all systems in a plug-and-play fashion.
